Data Deletion Instructions

Posting Panel ("we," "us," "our") lets you connect social accounts, such as Facebook and Instagram, so you can schedule posts, view analytics, and manage your channels from one dashboard. When you connect an account, we store the access tokens, profile information, and analytics data needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you would like us to delete this data, you can do so in either of the following ways:

Option 1: Disconnect the Account and Delete It Yourself In-App

1. Log in to your Posting Panel account at postingpanel.com.
2. Go to Channel Management (or Connected Accounts) from your dashboard.
3. Select the Facebook or Instagram channel you want to remove.
4. Click Disconnect.

Disconnecting a channel immediately revokes Posting Panel's access to that account and deletes the associated access tokens and stored profile/analytics data from our systems.

If you'd like your entire Posting Panel account (and all data associated with it, including all connected channels) deleted, go to your Profile Settings and choose Delete Account, or submit a request using Option 2 below.

Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request to Our Support Team

If you no longer have access to your account, or would prefer we handle the deletion for you, contact us with your request:

• Submit a request through our Support Page, or
• Email us at [email protected]

Please include the email address or Facebook account associated with your Posting Panel account so we can locate and verify your data. We will confirm your identity, remove your Facebook/Instagram connection, and permanently delete all associated personal data from our servers within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

What Data Is Deleted

Once a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

• Facebook/Instagram access tokens and authentication credentials.
• Profile information retrieved from the Facebook Graph API (name, profile picture, page/account IDs).
• Analytics and insights data collected from the connected account.
• Any posts, drafts, or scheduled content tied specifically to that connection.

Some information, such as billing records, may be retained for a limited period where required by law, as described in the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy.

Revoking Access Directly from Facebook

You can also remove Posting Panel's access at any time directly from your Facebook account, which stops us from receiving any further data:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Posting Panel in the list of active apps.
3. Click Remove.

Removing the app from Facebook stops future data access, but we recommend also completing Option 1 or Option 2 above so any data already stored with Posting Panel is deleted from our servers as well.
